We love representing buyers. Last year, 60 percent of our closed deals were off-market, in which we represented both the buyer and the seller.
Once engaged, we become laser-focused on sourcing our buyer’s specific acquisition needs. We leave no stone unturned.
We carefully choose which properties we list and take only those listings that we are sure we can sell. We do not exceed 5-7 current listings.
Our entire team is vested in each listing from start to close. Our goal is to obtain the highest price with the strongest terms.
We analyze our seller’s property and advise them on the best strategy for a sale: either a competitive listing or an off-market process.
