However financially if you just want dreamweaver it is simply an outright payment whilst creative cloud is a monthly payment. CS6 is no longer diferrncias any feature updates, only bug fixes. If you want the latest and greatest, CC is required. As a student you can get a discount on it too. CC is the current version, CS6 is entge longer supported.
