First step, install Dell video drivers from their site and also install AMD autodetect, which detects your driver and downloads required updates.
You need both Dell and AMD drivers. Once it is done, at the startup you can see the GFX icon there change performance frer from balanced to high quality.

Hennes BroScience, I repaired permissions but still get same error message. I have the same problem and suspect Fusion has changed the folder permissions, making me hesitant to change them back for fear of breaking Fusion.

I am having the worst time using Premiere Pro CS6. The program is constantly crashing, saying it has encountered a serious error and has to close.
